1. Product Introduction
Fluidized bed coal-fired hot blast furnace (referred to as fluidized bed furnace) employs a combustion method where coal is crushed into particles below 10mm and evenly fed into the fluidized bed in the furnace chamber by a coal feeder. High-pressure air from the blower is injected into the furnace through numerous air cap holes on the air distribution plate via an equal-pressure air box. The scattered air converges to form an "air cushion," suspending coal particles and furnace charge in a fluidized, boiling state for combustion. Coal particles and slag leap in a high-temperature state, rubbing, colliding, and cracking against each other, gradually reducing in size until complete combustion. This combustion method features a large contact area between air and fuel, high relative motion speed, long residence time of fuel in the fluidized bed, fast combustion speed, high burnout rate, energy savings, and environmental protection. As a result, it has been widely adopted and rapidly developed in industrial kilns.
2. Applications of Fluidized Bed Furnace
The fluidized bed furnace can be used in conjunction with rotary dryers, vertical dryers, hammer dryers, indirect dryers, vertical slag grinding mills, air-swept coal mills or vertical coal mills, fertilizer slurry spray granulators, powder drying towers, waste heat power generation supplementary heating systems, material stir-frying machines, and various semi-finished product dryers for heat supply. It is widely applicable for drying or calcining industrial raw materials or products, such as slag, clay, sludge, carbide slag, compound fertilizer, industrial gypsum, gypsum board, iron concentrate powder, quartz sand, yellow sand, laterite ore, sulfur concentrate, siderite, zinc leaching residue, white carbon black, coke, pulverized coal, and coal slime.
3. Main Performance and Features
(1) Wide fuel adaptability, capable of burning various bituminous coal, anthracite, and even coal gangue, chain grate furnace slag, oil shale, coal slime, coke powder, etc., with a calorific value greater than 6270 kJ/kg (1500 kcal/kg);
(2) Furnace combustion temperature (850~1100°C), uniform operating temperature, stable heat supply;
(3) High combustion efficiency, burnout rate up to 99% or more, furnace thermal efficiency greater than 94%;
(4) Easy ignition, long holding time, intermittent holding up to 16~48 hours, no need for re-ignition when restarting after holding;
(5) Adjustable hot flue gas outlet temperature, wide range of heat load adjustment, flexible orientation of heat supply flue gas pipeline outlet;
(6) Low carbon content in ash and slag (<1%), not prone to softening or bonding, good activity, suitable for use as cement admixture, facilitating comprehensive utilization;
(7) Clean combustion, low nitrogen compound content in flue gas, low-cost in-furnace solidification desulfurization, allowing sulfur in coal to enter slag in solid form;
(8) Integrated electromechanical control system, intelligent thermal control design, low labor intensity;
